Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new shop gets 30 days free. You are not charged during the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or from the Razorpay subscription link you received. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time.
• Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After 14 days, yearly plans are not refunded.
• Payment errors: if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra amount in full.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
