Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the shop owner using Ledgro) and VJ Hokhmah Pvt. Ltd. By creating a shop in Ledgro or paying for a plan, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Ledgro is a web app for recording credit (khata), sending payment reminders, making bills including GST bills, and viewing daily reports. Features available on each plan are listed on our pricing page. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available and are not included in any payment until they launch.

2. Free trial and plans

Every new shop gets a 30-day free trial. After the trial, you need an active paid plan to add new entries and bills; your existing data remains visible on your phone. Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.

3. Your data and responsibilities

• Your shop data is stored and encrypted only on your device. You are responsible for keeping your PIN safe and keeping backups.
• If you lose your phone, clear browser data or forget your PIN without a backup, your data cannot be recovered. VJ Hokhmah is not liable for such loss.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries, prices, tax rates and GST details you enter, and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations. Ledgro is a record-keeping tool and is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Confirm GST rates and filings with your chartered accountant.
• You must send reminders only to your own customers, about genuine amounts due, and in a polite and lawful way.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Ledgro for unlawful purposes, to harass anyone, to issue false invoices, or to try to break, copy or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Payments and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown on our website. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be shown at checkout and on your receipt.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ledgro available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features and prices; price changes for existing plans will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VJ Hokhmah's total liability for any claim relating to Ledgro is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

You can stop using Ledgro and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
